Description
The rezoning of property from the Commercial Regional (CR) Zone to the Residential High Density (R3) Zone and Apartment Medium Density (A2) Zone is required in order to consider the proposed development at this location. Single Detached Dwellings, Semi-detached Dwellings and Townhouses are Permitted Uses within the R3 Zone and an Apartment Building is a Permitted Use within the A2 Zone. A Municipal Plan amendment is also required.
