Description
The proposed change of Non-Conforming Use is from Retail Use to Office Use. The office is a technical representative company and will contain 5 offices and storage. Hours of operation will be Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Parking relief is requested. The business will expand in size from the main floor to also encompass the 2nd floor, for a total floor area of 208.2m2. No building extension will occur.
