A Discretionary Use application has been submitted requesting permission to occupy 15 Lucyrose Lane as a Home Occupation for a Nail Studio. The business occupies a floor area of approximately 6.7 m2 and will operate 9 a.m. – 5 p.m. on Monday, Wednesday, Friday & Saturday, and 12 p.m. – 8 p.m. Tuesday & Thursday. There will be one client per appointment, three clients per day, within the hours of operation. The applicant is the sole employee. On-site parking provided.
