A Discretionary Use Application has been submitted for a temporary Private Park at 161, 169 and 171 Thorburn Road.
Description
The proposed Private Park will be used as a haunted Halloween tour, which is a directed walk where spectators will encounter props, actors and sounds/music. The walk will begin at 161 Thorburn Road (tickets for entry) and then run through the properties of 161, 169 and 171 Thorburn Road. The tour will take approximately 15 minutes and will operate daily (weather permitting) during the month of October from 6 p.m. – 11 p.m. There will be 10 employees on site, and 45 parking spaces are provided.
