A Discretionary Use application has been submitted requesting permission to occupy a portion of 19 Browne Crescent as a Home Occupation for the production of dog treats.

The business will occupy a floor area of approximately 8.5 m2 (kitchen) and will operate Monday to Friday within the hours of 5–8 p.m., Saturday and Sunday within the hours of 9 a.m.-2 p.m., using domestic kitchen equipment. The product will be sold off-site, and no clients will visit the home. The applicant is the sole employee.
