A Discretionary Use Application has been submitted by Double Tree by Hilton St. John’s Harbourview at 2 Hill O’Chips.

Description
The proposed Use is for an Outdoor Eating and Lounge Area, which will be seasonal from May 20 to October 31, each year. The outside area will be approximately 122.6m2 and is located in the courtyard. It will include a seating area along with a cooking area (BBQ), small fridge and a server station. Hours of operation for the outdoor area will be seven days a week from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. Outdoor speakers are proposed.
