A Discretionary Use application has been submitted to operate a Home Occupation in a portion of the unit at 21 L'Anse Aux Meadows Crescent - Unit 313. The proposed business will offer Online Gift Consulting.
Description
The proposed business will have a floor area of 10.3 m2. The business will involve purchasing gifts and creating gift baskets for various occasions. The hours of operation will be Monday–Friday, 9 a.m.–4:30 p.m. The property owner is the sole employee. No customers will visit the site; all items will be delivered.
