A Discretionary Use application has been submitted requesting permission to occupy 24 Waterford Bridge Road as a three room Bed and Breakfast (B&B). The applicant has also requested municipal approval for a Tourist Home Liquor License in conjunction with the proposed B&B to serve alcohol at the property. The proposed business will be owner operated and adequate on-site parking is provided.
