A Discretionary Use Application has been submitted by J&W BaKeD GooDS requesting permission to occupy 24 Wexford Street as a home occupation for the sale of baked goods. The business will occupy a total floor area of 7.7m2 and will sell items such as cookies, baked squares and protein bars. This will be by delivery only; therefore no on-site parking will be required. Hours of operation will be Monday to Friday 9 a.m.–5 p.m. and every second weekend, Saturday 12-5 p.m. and Sunday 1-6 p.m. The applicant is the sole employee.
