Application - 254 Old Pennywell Road

A Discretionary Use Application has been submitted by LAT49 Architecture Inc. requesting municipal approval for a vehicle storage yard at 254 Old Pennywell Road.
 
The vehicle storage yard would be located at the rear of Cabot Ford at 177 Kenmount Road. The yard has an area of 2.69 acres and has parking to accommodate up to 200 vehicles.
