A Discretionary Use application has been submitted requesting to occupy a portion of 26 Wadland Crescent as a Home Occupation for an Art Studio.
The studio will occupy a floor area of 12.5 m2. The area will be used solely for a studio area, all art will be sold online or off-site, no customers will visit the property.
