Description
The proposed use is for a Theatre Studio for rehearsals only, which will replace the previous Judy Knee Dance Studio. The business will involve both office and rehearsal space for a theatre and TV production company. There will be a maximum of 25 members on-site, with no public business, customer interaction or public performances. The hours of operation are 7 days a week within the hours of 9 a.m.–9 p.m. Parking is provided on-site.
