Description
The proposed Craft Brewery will be located within the existing building at 27 New Gower Street and will operate in conjunction with a lounge and restaurant use. The Craft Brewery portion will occupy a floor area of 111.5m2 on the main floor of the building, and will operate 7 days a week, 11:00 a.m. – 1:00 a.m.
