A change of Non-Conforming Use application has been submitted requesting permission to extend the lounge use within the existing building.
 
Purpose
The existing lounge area occupies approximately 527m² in the lower level. The new lounge will be in the upper level balcony and will have a total floor area of 119.49m². Hours of operation will remain the same as the existing lounge, 12 p.m.-12 a.m. An additional liquor license is also requested for the new lounge area.
