A change of Non-Conforming Use application has been submitted requesting permission to extend the lounge use within the existing building.
 
Purpose
The existing lounge area occupies approximately 527m2 in the lower level. The new lounge will be in the upper level balcony and will have a total floor area of 119.49m2. Hours of operation will remain the same as the existing lounge, 12 p.m.-12 a.m. An additional liquor license is also requested for the new lounge area.
