Application - 279 Duckworth Street
A Discretionary Use Application has been submitted requesting municipal approval to establish and operate a Place of Amusement for Mochanopoly at 279 Duckworth Street.
The proposed business activities involve offering board and card games for an admission fee, as well as food for purchase. The total floor area of the business will be 167m2 on the first and second floors. The proposed operating hours are as follows: During summer/winter breaks and Easter holidays the business will operate Monday-Sunday noon-midnight. During school semesters it will operate Tuesday-Thursday 3-11 p.m., Friday 2 p.m.-midnight, Saturday noon-midnight, Sunday noon-11 p.m., and closed on Mondays.
