A Discretionary Use Application has been submitted requesting municipal approval to occupy 3 Avalon Street as a home occupation for a computer graphic class. The classroom will have a total floor area of 28m2.
The proposed business will offer digital art workshops for adults and children. Hours of operation will be Tuesday - Friday from 10 a.m. – noon & 1:30 - 4:30 p.m. and Saturday from 1:30 - 4:30 p.m. There will be three students per class with two employees. One parking space is available.
