Application - 31 Doyle's Road
A Discretionary Use application has been made by Creative Discovery Children’s Center for an expansion to the existing Daycare at 31 Doyle’s Road. The proposed expansion will include both unused existing space in the building, as well as an extension to the building itself.
The existing daycare occupies a floor area of 160 m2. An additional extension of 114 m2 of day care space is proposed including renovations in the existing basement of 63.3 m2 for a new total school area of 309.3 m2. On-site parking is available.
