A Discretionary Use Application has been submitted requesting municipal approval to establish and operate an eating establishment for Jumping Bean Cafe at 33-37 Elizabeth Avenue. The total floor area the business will be 378m2. The restaurant has proposed operating hours of seven days a week, Monday to Wednesday from 7 a.m. – 6 p.m. and Thursday to Sunday from 7 a.m. – 10 p.m.
