The City of St. John's has received an application to rezone property located at 364 Blackhead Road from the Industrial General (IG) and Open Space Reserve (OR) Zones to the Residential Medium Density (R2) and Open Space Reserve (OR) Zones. The purpose of the rezoning is to develop two single detached dwellings.
