The Discretionary Use is for a Place of Assembly (Theatre) and a Lounge. The Theatre is located on the floor off New Gower Street, with a floor area of 292.6 m2. The Lounge is located on the lower floor off Duckworth Street and has a floor area of 200 m2. Hours of operation will be seven days a week 6 p.m. - midnight, with 25 employees on site.
