A Discretionary Use (Restoration of Non-Conforming Use) Application has been submitted to remove and rebuild the dwelling at 4 Allandale Road. The new dwelling is proposed to be 33% larger than the existing dwelling, and will have a maximum total floor area of 152 m2.
