A Discretionary Use application has been submitted requesting permission to allow Office Use at 40 Newtown Road (former Macpherson Elementary).
 
The existing building is located in the Institutional (INST) Zone and will permit several uses; however, this application is for Office Use which is discretionary in this zone.
