Rescheduled Application - 447 Newfoundland Drive
Due to unforseen circumstances, this application has been postponed and will go to Council on Monday, January 9, 2017.
A Discretionary Use application has been submitted by Volcano Bakery requesting permission to occupy a portion of 447 Newfoundland Drive as an Eating Establishment for Café.
The business currently occupies a floor area of approximately 168 m2, the proposed seating area will be 15 m2. Hours of operation for the Café will be seven days a week 7 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. On-site parking is provided.
