A Discretionary Use Application has been submitted by Chinched Bistro requesting Municipal approval for an Outdoor Eating Area for the restaurant located at 5 Bates Hill. Food and alcohol will be served in the area, with an extension to the current Liquor License. The proposed area will be 33.65 m2. The operating hours will be in conjunction with the restaurant hours of operation 11 a.m. - 3 p.m. and 5:30 p.m. - 10 p.m.
