Revised: Application - 5 Little Street

This application has been revised to include a new Council decision date, submission date and an updated map.

A Discretionary Use application has been submitted to subdivide property at 5 Little Street to create two Multiple Dwelling buildings. Each building will have six units and will be approximately 1050 m2. In accordance with Section 8.4 of the St. John’s Development Regulations, the proposed development will require a minor Variance for Lot Frontage on each lot (6.7 & 6.1 per cent variance). Off-street parking will be provided.
