A Discretionary Use (Restoration of Non-Conforming Use) Application has been submitted to remove and rebuild the dwelling at 55 Windemere Road. The dwelling is proposed to be 50 per cent larger than the existing dwelling, and will have a maximum total floor area of 65 m2.
