A Discretionary Use Application has been submitted requesting permission to occupy 554A Newfoundland Drive as a Home Occupation for a Tailor.

The business occupies a floor area of approximately 9m2 and will operate Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. The business will operate by appointment only. The applicant is the sole employee, with one on-site parking space available.
