Description
The proposed application is a Home Occupation for a Sunless Tanning Salon. The floor area for the business is 22.5m2 and will operate Tuesday to Friday from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. and Saturday 12 p.m. to 5 p.m.
 
Clients are seen by appointment only every 20 minutes, with a 10-minute buffer between sessions. The applicant is the sole employee, and 1 on-site parking space is provided for the business.
