Application - 60 Elizabeth Avenue

A Discretionary Use Application has been submitted by Piatto Pizzera requesting permission to occupy a portion of a building at 60 Elizabeth Avenue (formerly Canadian Tire) as a family restaurant.
 
The restaurant will occupy a total floor area of 2,990 sq. ft. and will include a 630 sq. ft. seasonal outdoor eating area located on the New Cove Road side of building. The restaurant will require a Restaurant-Lounge Licence in conjunction with the food service. 
 
Hours of operation will be Monday – Thursday 11:30 a.m. - 10 p.m., Friday & Saturday 11:30 a.m. - 11 p.m., and Sunday 11:30 a.m. - 9 p.m. On-site parking is available.
