Description
The proposed Use is for a temporary 4.26m x 15.85m patio for an Outdoor Eating Area and Lounge in front of the building. Hours of operation for the Outdoor Area is temporary until October 31, seven days a week from from11:30am-midnight, while special events will be 2am on weeknights and 3am on weekends. Outdoor speakers are not proposed.
