Application - 67 MacBeth Drive

A Discretionary Use application has been submitted requesting approval to occupy a portion of 67 MacBeth Drive as a Home Occupation for private music lessons.
 
The music room will have a floor area of 9 m2 and will provide private vocal lessons. Hours of operation will be Monday – Friday 2-8 p.m. There will be one client per lesson, and lessons could run up to an hour in length with no more than 6 lessons per day. The applicant will be the sole employee and on-site parking is provided.
