A Discretionary Use Application has been submitted requesting approval for an Outdoor Eating and Lounge Area at 720 Water Street.
The area will be approximately 22 m2 and be located at the front of the building at ground level. The proposed operating hours for the patio will be seven days a week 8 a.m.-6 p.m.
