Application - 74 O'Leary Avenue

A Discretionary Use Application has been submitted requesting permission to occupy a portion of 74 O'Leary Avenue as a medical office/clinic.
 
The proposed business will occupy a floor area of approximately 244 m2. The space will be occupied by office space and one examination room. The office will operate Monday - Thursday 9 a.m.-4 p.m. and Friday 9 a.m.-12:30 p.m. The clinic will be by appointment only with one client per appointment and will take place approximately two days per month. On-site parking is available.

Any person wishing to make a submission on this application must provide a signed written statement to the Office of the City Clerk by noon, Tuesday, March 10, 2015, either by mail: P.O. Written submissions received will become a matter of public record and will be included in the agenda for the regular meeting of Council on Monday, March 23, 2015, at which time Council is scheduled to make a decision on this application.
 
In accordance with the City’s policy on public notification, properties within a radius of 150 metres of the application site are notified in writing by the City of this application. Notices are sent to property owners and not tenants. If you own but do not live at the property identified to receive this notice, we ask that you forward this notice to any tenants which you may have. Property ownership information is based on the City’s assessment roll.
