Application - 75 Kiwanis Street
A Discretionary Use Application has been submitted requesting permission to occupy the basement of 75 Kiwanis Street (St. Michael and All Angels Church) as a Day Care Center.
The proposed business will consist of two classrooms which will occupy a floor area of approximately 191.9 m2 combined. The Day Care will be operated Monday - Friday, 7:30 a.m.– 6 p.m. The business will involve caring for a maximum of 32 children. On-site parking will be provided for the business.
