Application - 8 Barrows Road

A Discretionary Use Application has been submitted by Mallard Cottage requesting municipal approval for an Outdoor Eating Area for the existing restaurant located at 8 Barrows Road. Food and alcohol will be served on the patio in accordance with restaurant liquor licensing requirements. The patio is located at the rear of the building and has an area of 280 m2. The proposed operating hours for the patio will be Friday to Sunday, noon - 8 p.m.
