Application withdrawn - 16 Francis Street

The rezoning application at 16 Francis Street (and Castle Bridge Drive) has been withdrawn by the applicant. The application was to rezone to the Apartment Medium Density (A2) Zone for a condominium apartment building. With the end of the application, the property remains unchanged in the Residential Low Density (R1) Zone, the same zone as the rest of the Brookfield Plains neighbourhood.
