A Discretionary Use Application has been submitted by RJC Services requesting permission to occupy 79 Rennie’s Mill Road (a designated Heritage Use building) as spa and wellness centre. The business currently occupies a five room spa and an eight room B&B which will be replaced with twelve wellness rooms. Hours of operation will be Tuesday, Thursday & Saturday 10 a.m. – 6 p.m. and Wednesday & Friday noon - 8 p.m. Services will be by appointment only with 30 minutes between appointments. The business will have eleven employees. On-site parking is provided.
