Audit Standing Committee - Expressions of Interest

The City of St. John’s is seeking expressions of interest to fill the citizen representative vacancy on the Audit Standing Committee. We require an individual in the private sector who holds a professional accounting designation with preference given to those who have the following knowledge and experience:

• Financial
• Audit and investigative
• General business and public sector
• Functional knowledge in the following areas:
  
  • Enterprise risk management
  • Performance management
  • Human resources management
  • Management control frameworks
  • Financial internal controls
  • Governance (including planning, reporting and oversight)
  • Business operations
