Deadline EXTENDED - Applications for Advisory Committees, Experts Panels & Working Groups

The Office of the City Clerk is accepting applications for the following newly repurposed advisory committees, experts panels and working groups. The deadline has been extended to 4:30 p.m. on Friday, Jan. 22, 2016.

Advisory Committees (application form):

• Accessibility and Inclusion Advisory Committee
• Arts and Culture Advisory Committee
• Downtown Advisory Committee
• Environmental Advisory Committee
• Municipal Advisory Committee on Youth
• Seniors Advisory Committee

Experts Panels (application form):

• Animal Control Experts Panel
• Built Heritage Experts Panel

Working Groups (application form):

• Affordable Housing Working Group
• Paratransit Working Group

The Terms of Reference for each advisory committee, expert panel and working group can be found on the City’s website. The deadline for submission of applications has been extended to Friday, Jan. 22, 2016.  If you require alternate formats, assistance with the application or have any other enquiries, please contact the Office of the City Clerk at cityclerk@stjohns.ca.
