Take notice that St. John’s Development Regulations Amendment Number 2, 2021, adopted on December 13, 2021, has been registered by the Minister of Municipal and Provincial Affairs.
 
In general terms, the purpose of St. John’s Development Regulations Amendment Number 2, 2021, is to reduce the minimum Rear Yard requirement for residential dwellings in the Residential Downtown (RD) Zone from 6 metres to 3.5 metres.
