Take notice that St. John’s Development Regulations Amendment No. 725, 2021, adopted on August 23, 2021, has been registered by the Minister of Municipal and Provincial Affairs.
 
In general terms, the purpose of St. John’s Development Regulations Amendment Number 725, 2021, is to add Apartment Building, Micro Unit and Office as Discretionary Uses in the Residential Downtown (RD) Zone and set standards for each use.
