138 LADYSMITH DRIVE

Take notice that St. John’s Municipal Plan Amendment Number 156, 2021, and St. John’s Development Regulations Amendment Number 712, 2021, adopted January 11th, 2020, and approved on February 22nd, 2021, have been registered by the Minister of Municipal and Provincial Affairs.

In general terms, the purpose of St. John’s Municipal Plan Amendment Number 156, 2021, is to redesignate land at 138 Ladysmith Drive from the Residential Low Density (RLD) Land Use District to the Residential Medium Density (RMD) Land Use District, to allow three Townhouses.

In general terms, the purpose of St. John’s Development Regulations Amendment Number 712, 2021, is to rezone land at 138 Ladysmith Drive from the Residential Narrow Lot (RNL) Zone to the Apartment Medium Density (A2) Zone, to allow three Townhouses.
