NOTICE OF REGISTRATION
DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS No. 719, 2021
 
Take notice that the City of St. John’s amendment adopted on May 3, 2021, has been registered by the Minister of Provincial and Municipal Affairs.
 
In general terms, the purpose of Development Regulations Amendment Number 719, 2021, is to rezone land at 142 Old Pennywell Road from the Residential Low Density (R1) Zone to the Residential Medium Density (R2) Zone for the development of three Townhouses.
