NOTICE OF REGISTRATION
19 KING’S BRIDGE ROAD
 
Take notice that St. John’s Municipal Plan Amendment Number 4, 2022, and
St. John’s Development Regulations Amendment Number 6, 2022, adopted on February 14, 2022, and approved on May 9, 2022, have been registered by the Minister of Municipal and Provincial Affairs.
 
In general terms, the purpose of St. John’s Municipal Plan Amendment Number 4, 2022, is to redesignate land at 19 King’s Bridge Road from the Institutional District to the Commercial District, to allow offices and other commercial uses.     
 
In general terms, the purpose of St. John’s Development Regulations Amendment Number 6, 2022, is to rezone land at 19 King’s Bridge Road from the Institutional (INST) Zone to the Commercial Neighbourhood (CN) Zone, to allow offices and other commercial uses.
