NOTICE OF REGISTRATION
260 PADDY’S POND ROAD
 
 
Take notice that St. John’s Development Regulations Amendment No. 722, 2021, adopted on June 14, 2021, has been registered by the Minister of Provincial and Municipal Affairs.
 
In general terms, the purpose of Development Regulations Amendment Number 722, 2021, is to rezone land at 260 Paddy’s Pond Road from the Rural (R) Zone to the Commercial Industrial (CI) Zone to accommodate a Commercial Garage and other commercial/industrial retail uses.
