NOTICE OF REGISTRATION
22 SHAW STREET
 
 
Take notice that St. John’s Development Regulations Amendment No. 718, 2021, adopted on May 31, 2021, has been registered by the Minister of Provincial and Municipal Affairs.
 
In general terms, the purpose of Development Regulations Amendment Number 718, 2021, is to rezone land at 22 Shaw Street from the Residential Special (RA) Zone to the Residential High Density (R3) Zone for a Semi-detached Dwelling development (2 houses).
