NOTICE OF REGISTRATION
DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS No. 717, 2021
Take notice that the City of St. John’s amendment adopted on May 3, 2021, has been registered by the Minister of Provincial and Municipal Affairs.
In general terms, the purpose of Development Regulations Amendment Number 717, 2021, is to rezone a portion of land at 28 Eric Street from the Open Space (O) Zone to the Residential High Density (R3) Zone for the development of three Townhouses.
