NOTICE OF REGISTRATION
DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS No. 720, 2021
Take notice that the City of St. John’s amendment adopted on May 3, 2021, has been registered by the Minister of Municipal and Provincial Affairs.
In general terms, the purpose of Development Regulations Amendment Number 720, 2021, is to allow driveways, wharves and stages within the 100 year high water mark of designated bodies of water.
