NOTICE OF REGISTRATION
6 & 8 WINTER AVENUE
 
 
Take notice that St. John’s Development Regulations Amendment No. 721, 2021, adopted on July 13, 2021, has been registered by the Minister of Municipal and Provincial Affairs.
 
In general terms, the purpose of St. John’s Development Regulations Amendment Number 721, 2021, is to allow residential development in the flood plain and buffer of Rennie’s River at 6 and 8 Winter Avenue.
