Notice of Registration - 6 Lambe's Lane

Take notice that St. John’s Municipal Plan Amendment Number 6, 2022, and
St. John’s Development Regulations Amendment Number 9, 2022, adopted on February 14, 2022, and approved on May 16, 2022, have been registered by the Minister of Municipal and Provincial Affairs.
 
In general terms, the purpose of St. John’s Municipal Plan Amendment Number 6, 2022, is to redesignate land at 6 Lambe’s Lane from the Institutional District to the Residential District, to allow the development of Apartment Buildings.    
 
In general terms, the purpose of St. John’s Development Regulations Amendment Number 9, 2022, is to rezone land at 6 Lambe’s Lane from the Institutional (INST) Zone to the Apartment 3 (A3) Zone, to allow the development of Apartment Buildings, and set a minimum 6-metre Rear Yard requirement.
